    About the role:.

    • Functional analysis for all business requirements for security lending space for Astec Analytics.
    • Design functional solutions along with effective and detailed functional analysis and high client focus.

    About the team:

    • We bring award-winning, multi-asset-class trading, position keeping and market data solutions which primarily serve the Sell and Buy Side customers with front-to-back best in class solutions.
    • Our market leader solutions include direct integration with multiple European exchange and support top tier investment banks in Europe.
    • We also offer MiFID and FINRA compliance pre and post trade reporting solutions which are tailored to specific requirements from customers.
    • Expertise includes building high performant systems that are highly scalable.

    What you will be doing:

    • Collaborating with CX/PS teams and product management.
    • Functional analysis of Astec Analytics roadmap items & Client reported issues.
    • Analysis of new specifications
    • Interaction with clients
    • Understanding workflows/requirements
    • Performing functional analysis for Security Lending domain and deliverables
    • Functional validation of new development

    What you will need:

    • Masters degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
    • 6+ years of experience in Security Lending domain
    • Deep understanding of Capital Markets, various financial instruments and Security lending domain.
    • Understanding workflows required for third party integrations.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Frequent interaction with customers and other stakeholders.

    Added bonus if you have:

    • Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
    • Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
    • Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
    • Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
