Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming telephone calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Listen actively to customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on product/service offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while handling customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in customer service is not required but would be a plus.

Pay:
₹16, ₹21,000.00 per month
