    Description

    Commercial lead & Program Management:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of largescale marketing programs, ensuring successful completion within budget and timelines.

    Digital Marketing Operations:

    • Leverage data insights to inform and personalize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
    • Drive continuous improvement in marketing operations processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

    Leadership & Management:

    • Provide direct leadership to a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating strong communication and change management skills to navigate a dynamic and fastpaced Minimum of 8 years of experience leading and executing complex commercial operations programs in the digital marketing space.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project/program management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing a direct team of marketing professionals.
    • Significant handson experience with the digital marketing ecosystem (customer data, analytics, content creation, A/B testing).
    • Strong understanding of how data management and analytics can personalize marketing campaigns.
    • Experience leading project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant platforms (e. g. , JIRA).
    • Excellent communication and change management skills to lead and influence crossfunctional teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing (highly preferred).
    • Prior experience leading product development in digital marketing operations or personalization.
    • Experience executing and managing US pharmaceutical digital marketing operations (a plus).
