Overview:

Therole of a Staff Nurse is pivotal within our healthcare organizationas they are directly involved in patient care and play a crucialpart in ensuring the wellbeing and recovery of our patients. StaffNurses work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcareprofessionals to provide comprehensive care and treatment topatients.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assessingpatient health and wellbeing.
Developing andimplementing nursing care plans.
Administeringmedications and treatments according to physicianorders.
Monitoring and reporting patients vitalsigns and condition.
Providing emotionalsupport and guidance to patients and theirfamilies.
Collaborating with interdisciplinaryhealthcare teams.
Ensuring compliance withhealthcare regulations and safetystandards.
Participating in patient educationand discharge planning.
Documenting patientcare and treatment plans accurately.
Respondingto medical emergencies and providing immediatecare.

RequiredQualifications:

BachelorsDegree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accreditedinstitution.
Valid RN license in the state ofpractice.
Minimum of 0 to 2 years of clinicalnursing experience.
Strong understanding ofmedical terminology and procedures.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Abilityto work efficiently in fastpaced and highpressureenvironments.
Proficiency in using medicalequipment and technology.
Knowledge ofinfection control protocols andprocedures.
Ability to prioritize and multitaskeffectively.
