    Front Office Manager - Udaipur, India - Kezan consulting

    Overview:

    The FrontOffice Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation of the front desk and reception area of the business.They are responsible for overseeing all front office functions andguest relations contributing significantly to the overall guestexperience and satisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supervising thefront desk staff and ensuring excellent customerservice
    • Managing reservations and roomassignments
    • Training and coaching front deskteam members
    • Handling guest inquiries andcomplaints
    • Ensuring compliance with health andsafety regulations
    • Monitoring and maintainingthe lobby and public areas
    • Overseeing checkinand checkout procedures
    • Managing billing andpayment transactions
    • Coordinating with otherdepartments to ensure guestsatisfaction
    • Preparing regular reports andbudgets
    • Implementing and maintaining frontoffice policies and procedures
    • Handling VIPguests and special requests
    • Assisting withrecruitment and performanceevaluations
    • Participating in regular meetingsand training sessions
    • Ensuring efficient use ofresources and controllingcosts

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHospitality Management or relevant field
    • Provenexperience as a Front Office Manager or similarrole
    • Demonstrated leadership and supervisoryskills
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in hotelmanagement software
    • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking capabilities
    • Exceptionalorganizational and multitasking skills
    • Indepthknowledge of customer service principles andpractices
    • Ability to work flexible hours andhandle pressure
    • Thorough understanding of frontoffice operations and procedures
    • Knowledge ofhealth and safety regulations and securityprotocols
    • Financial acumen and budgetmanagement skills
    • Certification in HospitalityManagement is a plus
    • Attention to detail and afocus on quality service delivery
    • Ability toinspire and motivate a diverseteam
