Business analysis and channel specific communication support

  • Understand multiple Vertical Head's requirement of data and identify sources from where data can be obtained or extracted.
Create and manage various databases to provide relevant cuts in a timely manner for them to take decisions.

Prepare various cuts pertaining to Motor LOB to present trends on profitable or loss making geography / intermediaries / Renewals, Claims Analysis as well as recommend potential and untapped segment for business.

Disseminate accurately, all communication (Regulatory or Internal business changes) with respect to Motor LOB with sales and other support team/s in the geography from the channel.

Analyze all initiatives, process related gaps, cross functional and interdepartmental transaction for suggesting, recommending and supporting plans for business Augmentation.


Escalation Management

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve large cases or issues of large intermediaries seamlessly.
Study recurring cases and prepare templatized solution for future efficient query management

Communicate proactively potential issues with the sales team to effectively manage intermediary expectation due to change in business plan.


Digital initiatives & campaign management support

  • Drive Digital initiatives such as OTS among the sales team/s and continuously engage them with awareness communication, usage and leaderboard data to further cascade it to their intermediaries and clients.
Provide relevant data points for incorporation and be part of digital initiatives from the development phase to launch.

Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years in Insurance domain with a thorough understanding of the Motor business. - Experience in Data analysis as well as presentation skill. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders as well as critical escalation management.
