Tech Mahindra is hiring for customer service executive_

Shift -_Australia Shift_

Process - _Voice Process_

Working Days - _5 days Working, 2 days Off with Rotational Shifts (9.5 Working Hours)_

Working Location :
_Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chincholi Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai_


Skills Required:


  • Minimum 6 month of BPO E_xperience_
  • HSC and Graduation _#freshers_ _Can _#apply_
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team_

Job Responsibility:


  • Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues_

Salary:


  • 19k32k Inhand Salary+Incentives (30% hike on last Inhand Salary) Up to per year_

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)_

Experience:

Total Work Experience: 6month in International BPO (preferred)_


Language:


  • Fluent English (preferred)_
