Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate and assess patients with neurological disorders to determine their functional limitations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Implement evidencebased physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and overall function.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Minimum of 34 years of experience in neurological physical therapy.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:


  • Specialization or certification in Neurological Physical Therapy (e.g., NCS).
  • Experience with advanced technologies and modalities in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
