    Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Marketing Agency)

    Job Description:

    As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at our marketing agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media marketing strategies for multiple brands across various industries. Leveraging your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing, you will drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients. Preferably knows about graphic designing and software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client and brand, with a focus on maximizing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
    • Manage and optimize social media accounts and profiles for multiple clients, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and content quality.
    • Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that resonate with target audiences and align with brand voice, tone, and identity.
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including sponsored posts, promoted tweets, and targeted ads, to reach specific audience segments and achieve campaign objectives, such as lead generation or website traffic.
    • Monitor social media channels and platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, and conversions, using analytics tools and platforms, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in social media marketing is a plus.
    • Proven experience in social media marketing roles, preferably in an agency setting, with a track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns across various channels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives action.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.

    SALARY RANGE: 24,000 to 28,000 per month
