Store In-charge JD:

Inventory Management: Responsible for managing store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping in the inventory management system.

Material Handling: Coordinate the movement of materials within the store and production areas, including loading and unloading of trucks, palletizing, and storing items in designated locations. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable, in compliance with safety regulations.

Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to forecast material requirements, plan deliveries, and optimize inventory flow. Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve any issues or delays.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and compliance of incoming materials and outgoing products. Conduct inspections, perform quality checks, and address any non-conformities or deviations in collaboration with quality assurance teams.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts, using inventory management software. Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and material usage for management review and decision-making.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements related to material handling, storage, and transportation. Conduct regular safety audits, address safety concerns, and promote a culture of safety among store personnel.

Team Supervision: Lead and supervise store personnel, including storekeepers, and material handlers. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective store operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B. Tech in Mechanical
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing industry, in a store or departmental setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
