    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist at One Agni Ventures Pvt Ltd located in North Goa. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for setting up online marketing team , managing online sales activities, developing strategies to increase online sales, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in online sales and e-commerce
    • Ability to set up a Online marketing team .
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
    • Proficiency in using online sales platforms and tools
    • Understanding of customer behavior and market trends
    • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field will be added advantage .
    • Experience in the retail industry is a plus .
