Were building the Shopify for travel.Our customers can get a stunning website for their travel business within minutes; complete, with an online booking engine, back office system, various digital marketing and distribution tools.
What will you be doing Ensuring that initial contact is established with all inbound leadsYou will be responsible for converting inbound leads to qualified leads and scheduling follow-up conversations, demos, & discussions with different sales team members
Ensuring that no qualified lead is dropped and that follow-up actions are being taken in a timely manner by sales persons
In short, you will be in-charge of managing the health of our sales pipeline.
Who do we think will be a good fit Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both, English AND Hindi; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers both Indian as well as international
Someone who is honest, diligent, persistent but at the same time smart and assertive; who is able to persistently follow up with the salesperson and make sure that leads are not dropped
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
Someone with 1-3 years of experience in a similar/related roles (eg. core sales, inbound sales, telesales, lead qualification, etc)
