    About Company

    At Finanshels, we challenge the status quo and change the way the accounting industry works in future. We are at a very early stage of solving a massive problem and you will be one of the early team members in it. 63% of SMEs in the Middle East have no access to funding and curtailing their growth, this is mainly due to lack of credit information and transparency for financial data. At Micro level, managing finance is complex, fragmented & too slow. Excel sheets are flying back and forth and founder's are blind about their financial data. At Finanshels, we are on a mission to simplify financial life for founders through a technology first approach that focuses on providing tools and resources for a new generation of founders to manage their finance seamlessly.

    About the Role

    At Finanshels, our Finance Operations team takes pride in delivering unparalleled financial services to a diverse portfolio of global clients across various industries. However, our approach to financial services is far from ordinary. Through automation, we have eliminated repetitive tasks, enabling our team to concentrate on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining top-notch quality, and fostering innovation to enhance our tools and streamline our processes.

    Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and who possesses all of the following:

    • 3 or more years of proven work experience in accounting.
    • Working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho.
    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
    • Thorough understanding of accounting basics and principles.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
    • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
    • A passion for problem-solving and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
    • A dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience to clients.
    • Eagerness to learn, adopt, and test new technologies and changes in the field of accounting.
    • CMA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus.
