Engage customers through outbound and inbound calls as an Inside Sales Representative based in
Hyderabad. Utilize your fluent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu to deliver personalized pitches, gather customer information, and provide essential details.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle an average of
    120 calls per day, managing both outbound and inbound calls.
  • Deliver scripted pitches to customers while adapting them to individual preferences.
  • Gather customer details, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc., for further processing.
  • Utilize and manage the customer database to initiate calls and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide accurate and basic information to customers during calls.
  • Enter, update, and maintain
    CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in
    English, Hindi, and Telugu languages.
  • Capacity to make calls per day.
  • Willingness to work a
    6day week schedule, which includes
    Saturdays and Sundays, with one week off during weekdays.
  • Ability to effectively engage and interact with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in
    Presales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with
    CRM software for managing customer interactions.
