    Description

    We are on the lookout for anaccomplished and resultsoriented Head of Risk Management tospearhead the creation and execution of an allencompassing riskmanagement framework for our organization. The successful candidatewill showcase a profound grasp of risk management principlesmethodologies and industry best practices. Their primaryresponsibility will be to recognize evaluate and alleviate variousrisks ensuring the companys stability and alignment with regulatorystandards.

    Theideal contender for this role should bring over 15 years ofexperience in the realm of Risk Management with a solid trackrecord of at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

    Roles &Responsibilities:

    Forge and Execute Quality & AuditManagement Framework:

    • Grasp the intricacies of Capital markets (preferablyMutual Funds) and devise an adept Quality & Auditframework.
    • Architect a Quality & Auditframework that aligns organizational efforts for heightenedoperational efficiencies.
    • Collaborate withdiverse business units to maintain uniformity in quality &audit programs.

    RiskIdentification Audits and Evaluation:

    • Spot and evaluate various risks spanningoperational financial legal and reputational realms.
    • Oversee Quality & Audit evaluations to discernpotential risks.
    • Oversee a robust Qualitycontrol system and carry out periodic audits.
    • Chronicle monitor and rectify noncompliance andobservations arising from audits through collaborative endeavorswith respective units.

    Quality andAudit Mitigation and Oversight:

    • Develop and execute Business Continuity Planning (BCP)strategies.
    • Formulate strategies and actionplans to cushion the impact of identified risks.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Guarantee adherence to the stipulations ofmultiple regulatory bodies and authorities.
    • Align risk management practices with internal policiesand industry benchmarks.
    • Implement ISO 9001and 22301 ensuring compliance with their scope.

    Foster a Quality ManagementCulture:

    • Cultivate aculture of quality consciousness and management within theorganization.
    • Conduct training sessions andawareness programs to enlighten employees about the implications ofnonegregious actions.
    • Collaborate proficientlywith stakeholders to integrate quality practices into all facets ofthe business.

    Experience & SkillsNecessary:

    • Proven experience of at least 15 years inQuality Risk and Audit Management preferably in a leadershiprole.
    • Robust analytical and problemsolvingskills coupled with the ability to assess intricate risks anddevise inventive solutions.
    • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills facilitating effectivecollaboration with stakeholders at all organizationallevels.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and asteadfast sense of accountability for riskrelatedmatters.
    • Adeptness in leading and managing ateam of seasoned professionals and subject matterexperts.
    • Professional certifications inQuality & Audit would be advantageous.
