Responsibilities:


  • Interact with international customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience during every interaction.
  • Understand customer needs and address their queries effectively, aiming to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and keep uptodate with the latest company policies and offerings.
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to optimize customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and maintain key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response time, and first call resolution.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Graduate Fresher's can also apply.
  • Undergraduate with experience of minimum 1 year can also apply.
  • Proven experience of 6 months 2 years in an international voice process customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
  • Familiarity with using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.

Salary:
₹23, ₹35,000.00 per month
