Role
s & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing domestic and international travel for employees (Flight tickets, hotel booking, cab, boking travel insurance, forex per diem etc.)
• Handling management of operations meetings, team offsites and annual events for KCI
• Performing critical admin tasks such as processing of vendor Invoices, ordering workplace supplies, monitoring housekeeping related activities including service delivery assessment of vendors, coordination of meetings with vendors for resolution of service issues
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization
Candidate Profile
Required knowledge/experience:
• Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good communication and people managing skills and should be a team player
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Customer service orientation
