    About the Role :


    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative software products.

    You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to build high-performing engineering teams, define product roadmaps, and deliver high-quality software that utilizes the latest advancements in AI.

    Responsibilities :

    • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, incorporating the potential of AI to enhance functionality and user experience.
    • Building High-Performing Teams : Recruit, hire, and mentor talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
    • Technical Expertise : Maintain a strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and emerging AI tools.
    • Embrace AI for Efficiency : Be open to exploring how AI can be leveraged to streamline workflows, improve code quality, and enhance team productivity.
    • Bridge the Gap Between Product and Engineering : Work closely with product managers and designers to translate product vision into clear technical requirements and user stories.
    • Drive Quality Delivery : Champion a resultsoriented approach, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
    • Embrace Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of learning and experimentation, actively seeking ways to leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize processes and propel the team forward.

    Qualifications :

    • At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps principles.
    • Experience in defining technical roadmaps, breaking down user stories, and working with crossfunctional teams.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • A passion for technology and a strong desire to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements.
    • Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus.
