Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in education Sector
  • Must have experience in School, Colleges, Universities or any educational institution
  • Willing to travel for the interview
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complete Attendance Registers manually for Secondary School on a daily basis.
  • Assist the Secondary School in the preparation of reports, documents, certificates, recommendations and school procedures.
  • Prepare certificates for awards ceremonies, and any other special events.
  • Maintain and prepare the Secondary School calendar and provide Secondaryrelated information for weekly calendars.
  • Make travel arrangements for Secondary teachers, travelling on workshops & ticket booking
  • Assistin the administration of internal, nonIB exams (Semester or endofyear) exams.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions to help transition new students and provide information to new parents
  • Coordinate the withdrawal processes when students are leaving & prepare the school leaving certificates, bonafide certificates
  • Coordinate secondary school events such as open days, parentteacher conferences, awards ceremonies, etc.
