    Description

    As an E-commerce NDR Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the resolution of non-delivery issues within an e-commerce company. Your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing the root causes of non-delivery incidents, optimizing processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams such as logistics, customer service, and fulfilment centres to implement effective resolution strategies and minimize the impact of non-delivery incidents on customer satisfaction and business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Non-Delivery Issue Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve non-delivery incidents promptly and efficiently to minimize customer dissatisfaction and order delays. Analyze the root causes of non-delivery incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

    Order Tracking and Monitoring:

    • Utilize tracking systems and tools to monitor the status of orders in transit and identify potential delivery issues proactively. Communicate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues in real-time.

    Customer Communication:

    • Communicate with customers proactively to provide updates on non-delivery incidents, address concerns, and provide alternative solutions or compensation as needed. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding non-delivery issues through various communication channels.

    Process Improvement:

    • Continuously review and optimize non-delivery resolution processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze data related to non-delivery incidents, including root causes, resolution times, and customer feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to management.

    Training and Education:

    • Provide training and guidance to customer service representatives and other relevant teams on non-delivery resolution processes and best practices. Ensure awareness and adherence to company policies and procedures related to non-delivery management.

    Vendor Management:

    • Collaborate with logistics partners to address non-delivery issues and implement corrective actions. Negotiate service level agreements and performance metrics to ensure timely and reliable delivery of orders.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in customer service, logistics management, or e-commerce operations, with a focus on non-delivery issue resolution.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using tracking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office applications.
