Qualification:
University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce. Senior Level - Bachelors in Commerce with >3 years' experience

Experience: 2-4 Yrs


CTC UPTO:
5.25 LPA


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinations and followup for supporting information and documents with deductions analysts
  • Active team player with good communication and documentation skills
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Client specific recovery processes
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Good negotiating skills

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 2 years in BPO industry experience in collections and recovery
  • Min 12 years of Hands on in Deductions/Claims or Dispute management
  • Expertise in MS office & Internet
  • Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
  • Experience in FMCG industry with SAP knowledge is preferred
