CNC, VMC, HMC setter / Operator:
Location:
MICRONE INDUSTRIES, 117, Pattaravakkam Railway Station Road, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, machines to perform precision turning operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Select and install the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and other machine accessories
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain correct dimensions
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine and tooling issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
