Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.

2. Keep records of interactions and transactions of customers; keep record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.

3. Follow up with customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer s requests are attended to accordingly.

4. Schedule appointments.

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

Stipend:
