Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues through phone, email, and chat support.

2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.

4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

5. Update customer accounts and records accurately in the CRM system.

6. Assist in creating and updating customer service protocols and procedures.

7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer service strategies.
