Reporting to the Manager, the Associate Analyst - ARGUS Enterprise will handle commercial real estate data collection and organization for valuation consulting services. This role involves exposure to asset underwriting, financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage setup of work files and review source data.
• Conduct analysis of asset and market data for underwriting and valuation.
• Develop cash flow projections using industry software like Argus Enterprise.
• Compare analysis files to analyze variances.
• Collect data from internal and external sources for market research.
• Ensure accuracy of internal data systems.
• Enhance knowledge of real estate analysis.
• Complete time sheets daily.

Key Qualifications:

• 0.6 to 2.5 years of relevant work experience in Commerce, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in financial modeling and lease interpretation.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
