Troubleshooting support by vendor

Service upgrades/updates

Back to back support with OEM as per severity of issue. It's the responsibility of Atos to coordinate with Microsoft for early resolution of issues

User Alias Creation\Deletion\Modification in Single\Group\Bulk (using files)

Group Creation/Deletion/Modification in Single\Bulk (using files)

Policy based provision to allot\modify user mailbox quota
