Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts
  • Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • ITIL certification is a plus
