Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts
- Participate in oncall rotation for afterhours support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities
- ITIL certification is a plus
