    Role Description


    • Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
    • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze customer insights, and identify growth opportunities.
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
    • Implement A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization to improve marketing performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree and top tier college is preferred).
    • Proven experience (minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years) in growth marketing, or a related role within a startup or high-growth environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
    • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Experience with conversion rate optimization and marketing automation tools.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
    • Experience in the tech industry or B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) companies is a plus.
