    Description

    Job Description :
    Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy and security policies, procedures, and controls

    • Monitor, measure and ensure governance of controls for compliance such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)
    • Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the custody or control of the business
    • Conduct thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy
    • Ensure Information Security due diligence is followed during onboarding of a vendor
    • Conduct audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and contractual obligations
    • Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness
    • Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools
    • Provide guidance and training to employees on data privacy and security matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance

    KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL /EXTERNAL):

    • Business Functions, Third Parties and Control groups

    KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Information Security compliance management, Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, Privacy, Data Protection, Third party risk Management, IRDA Security Guidelines, ISO 27001 ISMS, NIST Security Guidelines, Data Security & Classification tools (DLP, DRM etc.),
