    Description


    The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA, with post qualification 10-12 years of experience in Accounting, ROC, Internal Audit, Company secretarial duties, Banking operations, Taxation and MIS.

    This position would report to Group CFO.


    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for conducting Internal Audits
    • Review of Audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
    • Manage company secretarial function, including filing statutory documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Timely producing an accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by coordinating with the internal finance team.
    • Liaising with bank.
    • Supporting Group CFO on daytoday activities.
    • Managing ROC related matters and coordination with Company Secretary for other secretarial matters.
    • Responsible for compliances in MSME, DPT, Banking, RBI etc.

    Preferred Experience:
    Well-versed with IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and capable of managing various financial aspects of the company efficiently.

    • Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
    • Ensuring compliances with all tax obligations, including filing of tax returns and payment of taxes.

    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
