Job Title:
Junior Accounts Executive


Location:
Jolva, Bardoli Road, Surat


Experience:
1 to 2 years


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing and maintaining the sales department's financial records and transactions.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies in billing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track and update sales data, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to sales and accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients/vendors to address any financial queries.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an accounting or salesrelated role.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and eager to learn and grow within the company.
