    Description

    We are a Consulting firm providing services to SMEs and the Candidate will have to operate in multi-client environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Monitoring of monthly Accounting, TDS, GST compliances, preparation of monthly MIS, basic Financial Analysis and Annual Income tax, MCA, RBI and other compliance requirements of multiple SME clients. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to manage compliance deadlines in order to meet the results expected of their role.

    Responsibilities:

    · Ensure accounts department of client maintains up-to-date Accounting records in Tally /Zoho or any other FAS.

    · Monitor Monthly book closure activities.

    · Prepare Monthly MIS and Management presentation containing financial analysis.

    · Communicate with clients and coordinate with Compliance Team to obtain data.

    · Resolve issues to enable Compliance Team to compile and file periodic TDS and GST returns and ensure compliance deadlines are met.

    · Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors for preparation of Annual financials and filing of Annual Income tax return.

    · Co-ordinate with Company Secretary to ensure MCA compliances.

    · Understand and keep up-to-date with general accounting, tax and other compliance laws.

    Qualifications:

    · BCOM

    · CA Final/IPCC/Inter with 7-9 years of experience.

    · Experience of working in a CA office.

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    · Proficiency in Tally /Zoho.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel/ Powerpoint).
