    Description
    Join our team as a FinanceManager on an exciting journey in the world of digital marketing.
    As a Financial Associate you will play a crucial role in managingfinancial operations ensuring compliance and providing accuratefinancial insights.

    The role will involve managing accountingprocesses in the UAE and NL maintaining the accuracy of financialrecords and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

    Thisrole requires strong attention to detail a commitment to accuracyand an ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.

    Purchase and VendorManagement:Manageprocurement processes and vendor relationships and negotiatefavourable terms to optimize costefficiency


    Salary and Labour LawCompliance:

    Accuratelyprocess monthly payroll and ensure strict adherence to labor lawsand regulations resolving compliance issues as theyarise


    ReceiptTracking:

    Efficientlytrack and reconcile receipts from international and domesticclients working closely with the finance team to resolvediscrepancies


    Master DataManagement:

    Maintaincomprehensive master data for clients and monitor contract detailsto enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financialoperations


    Sales Billing and VarianceAnalysis:

    Managemonthly billing processes meticulously analyze and resolvevariances between actual sales and vendorbills


    Retro CommissionTracking:

    Maintainrecords of retro commission ensuring transparency and compliance inall related financialtransactions


    ComplianceManagement:

    Handlemonthly quarterly halfyearly and yearly compliance requirementscollaborating with external consultants and submitting data andreports within duedates


    BankReconciliation:

    Conductbank reconciliation aligning actual billing with bank statementsand ensuring accurate financialreporting.

    Finalization ofBooks:Contributeto the finalization of books of accounts consolidating accounts asper Indian and internationalstandards


    PaymentProcessing:

    Releasemonthly payments for vendors employees expenses and statutory duesensuring prompt and accuratedisbursements


    Handling and FulfillingRequirements:

    Addressand fulfill financial and compliance requirements and requests fromvariousdepartments


    MISReporting:

    Submitmonthly Management Information System (MIS) reports as per thedesignated structure.
    The Idealperson willBachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or arelated field. 6years of experience in financial documentation and relatedroles. Strongexpertise in daytoday accounting financial reporting and financialanalysis. Indepthknowledge of payroll processing labour laws and compliancemanagement.
    Proficiency in financial software and tools including ERP systemsand Excel.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate with variousstakeholders.
    Familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements in thefinance domain.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel for dataorganization andanalysis.
    Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and recordkeepingskills.

    YouBring 6 years ofexperience in financial documentation and relatedroles.
