We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Freshers in the same field can also apply.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Track and report customer feedback and complaints to the appropriate team members
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Well versed in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear and fashion trends
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
