Designation:
Customer Care Executive (Full Time voice profile)

Job Role:


  • Agents will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls from customers/Patient calls from various cities.
  • Agents will have to reply to the customer queries as per the standard format.
  • Book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the customer in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shift and Night Shift
    (NO NIGHT SHIFT FOR FEMALES)

Skills Required:


  • Good to excellent communication
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate
  • Basic know how of using computers
  • Experience of 02 years in a call center.

Timings:
Rotational Shift
Language Skills -
English/Telugu/Hindi (Fluency in languages must)

Process/Location -Rainbow Hyderabad

Open Position - 20 Male/Female

Remuneration Monthly CTC -INR 12, ,000 monthly
