Designation:
Customer Care Executive (Full Time voice profile)
Job Role:
- Agents will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls from customers/Patient calls from various cities.
- Agents will have to reply to the customer queries as per the standard format.
- Book Doctor appointments on a portal, comfort the customer in case of emergency, transfer the call to other departments if required etc.
- Should be comfortable with rotational shift and Night Shift
(NO NIGHT SHIFT FOR FEMALES)
Skills Required:
- Good to excellent communication
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Basic know how of using computers
- Experience of 02 years in a call center.

Language Skills -
English/Telugu/Hindi (Fluency in languages must)
