Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and effectively managing existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Sales Negotiation:
Engage in sales negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients while maximizing profitability for the company.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and prospects, using our CRM system.
Territory Management:
Manage assigned sales territory effectively, optimizing travel schedules and client visits for maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business needs.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
