- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
JOB ROLE
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
- Present and promote our interior design services, showcasing our portfolio of projects, design capabilities, and expertise.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized design proposals and design concepts that align with their vision and requirements.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations on furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and pricing and thus to close the active client leads.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, and vendors to execute design projects from concept to completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand professional network and generate leads
