    Description
    Job Responsibilities

    To organize, drive and ensure the successful and productive completion of online and offline events.

    The Event MC need to have a thorough understanding of the purpose for preparation of a formal agenda of the Event, which can result in an aimful and directed session/event.

    Responsible for managing the pre and post event arrangements.

    Arranging all the resources which are required for a productive session.

    Responsible for the technical support of the Online Events

    Welcoming and settling the attendees.

    Maintaining a proper coordination between the various flow of the events

    ensure a seamless transition between sections of the program.

    Ensuring proper harmony and time division between all the speakers

    Facilitation of smooth run of the event

    Keeping the event on time.

    Ensuring the maximum attendee-engagement throughout the session/event

    Responsible for smart management of any last minute or urgent demands

    Ensuring that all the homework is done before and during the event to generate maximum post even results.

    Responsible for maintaining a proper database of Speakers as well as attendees.

    Maintaining a regular relationship with Attendees as well as hosts, mentors, speakers through emailers, or general reminders

    On-ground coordination with event agency for all event proceedings.

    Ability to follow processes and execute flawless event.

    Travelling for on-ground events to various cities as and when needed and planned.

    Knowledge on various online event platform like – Teams meeting, Teams Live, On24 etc.

    Market knowledge of event costing & trends

    Skills Required

    Great excel skills - data analysis and reporting

    Exceptional communication skills and a flair and personality to be at a public platform.

    Proactive – to be able to handle any on the spot hassles.
