    Job Title: Senior Analyst

    Job Description:
    - Risk & Portfolio Management (3-6 years of relevant experience)
    - Join a mission-driven team focused on driving financial inclusion for underserved individuals in the finance industry
    - Accountable for managing key activities like MIS, campaign management, underwriting, and collections tracking for the lending portfolio P&L
    - Offers a pathway to progress into strategy & policy ownership roles

    Key Qualifications We Seek:

    - **Analytics**: Solid understanding of cutting-edge credit/fraud strategy in a Big data environment, with hands-on project delivery experience.
    - **Leadership**: Ability to innovate digital lending products, identify new customer segments, and leverage data sources effectively.
    - **Management**: Track record of building efficient processes, collaborating with partners, and driving business outcomes.
    - **Business-Oriented**: Drive business decisions through data analysis, foster relationships, and adapt to changing needs.

    Responsibilities:
    - Monitor and track Portfolio MIS against targets
    - Conduct campaigns to boost uptake, usage, and repayment, monitor performance metrics
    - Manage collection MIS, collaborate with collection agencies for performance tracking
    - Collaborate with product and customer success teams for a "Test & Learn" approach
    - Automate workstreams using SQL, Pyspark, and Python

    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    - Graduation from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT, etc.)
    - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in big data environments
    - Proficiency in SQL/Pyspark, data cleaning, Python, and business acumen
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for detail-oriented tasks
