- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Good local market knowledge.
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
- Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
