    Education :
    Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.

    Lead the Design Charge :

    As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you'll be the visionary captain at the helm of the design team.

    You'll shape intuitive and engaging user journeys across the web-based platform, championing a user-centered approach that fosters seamless experiences for stakeholders.

    You'll lead a team of 6 talented designers, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and ensuring top-notch delivery.


    Key Responsibilities :

    Lead and Empower :

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers, ensuring efficient workflows and highquality output.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive design environment where team members can thrive and learn.

    Translate Vision into Reality :

    • Collaborate with product management, business, and other stakeholders to understand and translate complex business requirements into visually appealing and userfriendly designs.
    • Ensure designs align with the companies' brand identity and user personas.

    Craft Intuitive Experiences :

    • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for webbased software applications, focusing on usability and user experience.
    • Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.

    Master the Toolkit :

    • Utilize industrystandard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies.

    Champion User Advocacy :

    • Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.
    • Be a strong advocate for user needs throughout the development process.
    Stay Ahead of the Curve :

    • Continuously explore emerging design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and effective.
    Skills & Requirements :


    • Experienced Leader : Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for software applications, with proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring design teams.
    • Design Master : Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant design tools, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing impactful UI/UX design work for web applications.
    • Communication Maestro : Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving Ace : Strong problemsolving skills and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure flawless user experiences.
    • User-Centric Champion : Passionate about creating usercentered designs that deliver intuitive and seamless experiences.
