    Description

    We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our product design services at BeautifulCode.

    From prototyping interactive experiences to designing user interfaces, you will play a vital role in bringing product visions to life. Collaborating closely with PMs, you will evaluate design ideas and prioritize work across multiple projects, owning the entire design process from concept to implementation.

    Responsibilities

    User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design:

    • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Establish clear information architecture and navigation flows.
    • Prototype interactive experiences (mid to high fidelity as needed) to communicate design concepts and gather feedback, including creating sketches, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize potential product concepts.
    • Design Systems: Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
    • Visual Design: Develop strong visual elements, such as icons, illustrations, and typography, to support product functionality and brand identity.
    • Data Visualization: Design effective ways to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner (if applicable to your services).

    Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to

    • evaluate the technical feasibility and business viability of ideas
    • work in an iterative manner, scoping and prioritizing work across multiple projects.

    Experience designing for enterprise products.

    Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
    • Bachelor's or Master Degree in a related field.
    • Very good communication is required
    • Fluent in Tools: Figma, Miro, Zeplin, Adobe CC
    • Good to have - HTML, CSS skills
