Job Description for Sports Scientist
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sports Scientist to join our team.

As a Sports Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research, implementing training programs, and providing scientific expertise to enhance athletic performance and minimize the risk of injuries.

You will collaborate closely with athletes, coaches, and other sports professionals to optimize training methods and develop evidence-based strategies.

Responsibilities:

Architect of a Holistic Sports Science Framework for Development and Screening Kho Kho players and the game into a Globally acclaimed sport and creating a system for Training and Grooming Kho Kho Players at various Stages of their Development.
Identifying and Creating Benchmark Player Standardisation modules for Kho Kho for the following Schedules:
Activities
Training
Technique
Capacity and Abilities
Exercise Regimen
Nutrition
Lifestyle & Wellness Regimen
Work & Assist Technical Teams to Create and Edit Modules of Simulations/Recordings/Statistic/Graphical Computer Generated Data and Information for the Schedules mentioned in Pt(1) using:
Mocap Suits (Motion Capture)
Various Types of Movement Sensors
Muscle Sensors
Force Plates
Video Analysis Systems
Nutrition

Based Sensors

Wellness & Lifestyle Monitoring Systems
Sports Medicine and Rehab Systems
Various other Stateoftheart Sports Technologies:
Understanding the needs of coaches and actively engaging in collaboration and collation of Information to customise generated reports, graphs, visualisations and information in PT(3) into a usable format to be integrated by the Technical Team in Player Profile Application Interface.
Create various Psychoanalytic, Mental Health Wellness and Psychometric Evaluation systems for Kho Kho Players like Psychological State Tests
Collaborate with coaches to develop game strategies based on performance analysis.
Identify injury risk factors through biomechanical analysis and movement assessments.

Design and implement injury prevention strategies and exercise programs.
Assist in the rehabilitation process for injured athletes, working closely with medical staff and physiotherapists.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Sports Scientist or in a similar role.
Indepth knowledge of sports science principles, including biomechanics, physiology, nutrition, and exercise prescription.
Familiarity with performance analysis tools and software.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Passion for sports and staying updated with current trends and research in the field.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
