Profile:
BIM Coordinator (Work from office only)

Education:

Diploma or B.E in Civil

Technical Skill:
Revit Architecture
(Mandatory )

Responsibilities:

Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents.
Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team.
Provide BIM/REVIT project kickoff information.
Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
Daily modeling production and do the QC of the productions.
Provide REVIT Architecture and BME desktop support.
Overtheshoulder training, developing and shadowing to coteam members.
Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and schedules.
Work with architecture disciplines on content received and update them as per the BME's Standards.
Support linked views and others in multiple models situation.
Working knowledge of BIM industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.
Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Experience with multiple BIM/CAD roles: training and support mentor, project team member and strategic leader.
Experience with multiple BIM/CAD roles: training and support mentor, project team member and strategic leader.
Able to work independently from understanding clients requirements to delivery of project.
Team leading experience will be an advantage.

Job location:
Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Working days:5 days/week

Immediate joiner preferred within Gujarat only.

Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
