Description

AreasofResponsibility:

Workclosely with assigned project managers and provide inputs to helpthem in planning and developing scope project milestones work plansbudgets payment terms and timelines across assigned BU / Cluster/P&L
Communicatethe developed project management tools techniques templates to theproject managers ensuring effective implementation and consistencyacross BU/P&Llevel.
Coordinatebetween Internal stakeholders and project managers exchange theproject updates / documents arrange query resolution meetings andescalate the complex issues timely in order to complete theauditing process for the assigned BUeffectively.
Collatethe MIS reports for project progress billing and payment schedulesperiodically into an integrated master project tracker for theassignedBU/P&L.
Proactivelywork with concerned stakeholders to remove obstacles in order tocomplete the projects on time and achieve set targets atBU/P&L
Reviewthe quality audit reports/ppt and guide the project managers of theassigned BU / cluster level to implement corrective action plansand resolve the highlightednonconformities.
Trackand monitor the project progress and deliverables ensuringalignment with the set project plans budgets andtimelines.
Collectdata and analyze the project performance at BU/Cluster levelhighlighting the variances against set metrics / KPIs forcorrective action plans to the seniorstakeholders.
Prepareand submit periodically consolidated progress reports anddashboards across projects highlighting key areas to thestakeholders for review and decisionmaking.
