    About The Role

    Embrace the vibrant Product Content team at Innovaccer. As a Content Associate, you play a vital role in shaping the way users interact with and comprehend our products. Your responsibility includes crafting a broad spectrum of technical and marketing content that educates and captivates our target audience. Your tasks entail creating technical documentation, product marketing materials, and product enablement content. This position offers a rare opportunity to evolve into a subject matter expert or content specialist while engaging in diverse content creation projects.

    A Day in the Life

    • Create concise technical documentation for end-users, comprising user guides, release notes, and instructional videos.
    • Employ digital adoption platforms like WalkMe to develop interactive product tours enhancing user experience and comprehension.
    • Produce persuasive product marketing materials such as whitepapers, blogs, FAQ sheets, and other collateral to boost our marketing endeavors.
    • Generate comprehensive product enablement content, including training guides, enablement decks, and sales pitch decks, aiding our sales and customer success teams.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success teams to gather information ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of content.
    • Participate in content strategy planning to ensure alignment with company objectives and user requirements.

      Your work will enable:
    • Enhancement of Product Usability and Customer Satisfaction: Develop exceptional documentation and engaging marketing materials that enhance user experience and satisfaction, making our products more user-friendly and accessible.
    • Maintaining Documentation and Marketing Excellence: Guarantee all technical documentation and product marketing materials are meticulously accurate and up-to-date, facilitating the seamless introduction of new products and updates.
    • Promoting Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a pivotal point for knowledge exchange within the company, fostering synergy among product managers, developers, marketing, sales teams, and other stakeholders through clear, coherent documentation and compelling marketing narratives.
    • Boosting Customer Success and Product Adoption: Craft content that simplifies the learning curve and improves product adoption, including training guides, enablement decks, and sales pitch materials, contributing to the overall success of our customers.

      • What You Need

    • 0-2 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or a related role. Recent graduates with relevant internships or project exposure are encouraged to apply.
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, digital adoption tools like WalkMe, and multimedia content creation tools is advantageous.
    • Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence and knowledge-base software like Helpjuice is beneficial.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
