Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating endtoend recruitment and hiring process, which includes identifying right
initial interview rounds, etc.

  • Searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.

Skills Required:

months of Digital Marketing recruitment is preferred

  • Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, etc.
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
