Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for Non-IT Development in the Enterprise SaaS domain.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract toptier Non-IT talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:


  • Bacherols/Master degree in HR is must
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Datadriven approach to recruitment, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • 01 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter role is preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools for Non-IT talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Non-IT hiring role is preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse and inclusive sales teams.
