    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to define DevOps strategies and best practices.
    • Architect and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Prometheus.
    • Lead efforts to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes for improved scalability and reliability.
    • Establish and maintain DevOps metrics and monitoring systems to track performance, reliability, and efficiency improvements.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams on DevOps practices, tools, and technologies.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure scalability challenges.
    • Drive cultural change towards a DevOps mindset by promoting collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in all DevOps processes and systems.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps pipelines in enterprise environments.
    • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts.
    • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and orchestration tasks.
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, tools, and best practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
    • Deep knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for infrastructure automation.
    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
