    Key ResponsibilityAreas 1 Manage sales forfood ingredients to customer category i.e.

    biscuits snack food andconvenience foods 2.Developing sales strategy covering volumes product mix channel mixand customer portfolio to meet or exceed planned salestargets.

    3.Develop new markets in the region and create leadsthrough market visits and implement strategies for clientacquisition4. New business developmentexpanding institutional and retail customer base and taking up newsales activities to achieve topline growth. Identify growthopportunities for the business.5.

    Relationship management forexisting institutional customers maintain high levels of clientsatisfaction and client retention by promptly addressing any issuesthat may arise.

    6. Account planning and strategydevelop plans for each client undertake contract negotiations andrenewals and ensure favourable terms. Identify growth opportunitiesand work with internal teams to develop customized solutions forkey clients.7. Create project pipeline andengage in business developmentactivities8.

    Competitor and marketanalysis conducting market surveys and keeping up to date withmarket trends major competitor activities client acquisitions andattritions etc.


    Requirements:

    1. Should haveexposure to food industry2. Good knowledgeof food ingredient market3. Strongrelationship management skills4. Disciplinein execution and transaction management5.Negotiation skills6. Discipline in executionand transaction management7.
